Program Overview

As a participant in the Treasury & Securities Services Analyst Program you’ll get hands-on experience developing business processes, creating innovative products, and managing the technologies and services that support our clients. While participating in the program, you will also gain insight into the inner workings of a worldwide financial services institution and build highly valued and transferable skills.

After completing your first year, you will have the option to be placed permanently. Or, after you complete the entire program, you may be placed in a role on the basis of TSS’s business needs and your skills and interests.

Qualifications

We seek highly motivated, self-directed, results-oriented and customer-focused college graduates who are eager to launch their careers as a Treasury & Securities Services Analyst in our global organization. All potential candidates must be able to work well within a fast-paced environment, as well as have:

• A BS/BA degree in Finance, Business Management and Administration, Marketing, Operation Research & Financial Engineering or Economics *
• A GPA of 3.2 preferred
• PC proficiency (MS Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong leadership & written/verbal interpersonal communication skills
• Superior quantitative & qualitative analytical talents
• The proven ability to synthesize information to: reach logical conclusions; manage projects; evaluate and improve processes; and present findings
• Eligibility to work permanently in the United States
