By working at a large firm, employees are able to interact with individuals in any business across the world. This provides individuals with relationships that could result in upward movement within the firm. With dedication and great performance, moving internally can be something anyone can do.

...was a big reason I chose JP MorganChase. This is a company rich in history and very active in the community.
It is also a very large firm which has enabled me to learn about several different areas of the financial services industry in one place.
