Program Overview

If so, our Audit Program just might be ideal for you. Over a two-year period, you will gain priceless insight into our risk management processes while performing targeted risk assessments. You’ll further develop other essential professional skills by contributing to a team, presenting findings to management, and collaborating with experienced professionals. You’ll find the learning curve is rapid because you’ll:

• Seek to understand our stakeholders’ businesses, operating strategies & critical processes
• Identify & analyze the risks inherent in our stakeholders’ businesses
• Evaluate existing risk management controls
• Test controls by reviewing documentation, meeting with management to discuss the business processes & observing general business operations
• Identify issues & collaborate with management to determine cost-effective solutions for improving their control environment

Training

Your career at JPMorgan Chase begins with two intensive and rewarding weeks of training that includes an overview of our firm, our business practices and our culture. Throughout this informative training period, you will also attend informational sessions led by our senior management team. These business and finance leaders will share their personal experiences about our global organization and discuss our industry’s short-term and future strategic opportunites and challenges. Training also focuses on placement-specific skill sets and it doesn’t end when the two weeks are over. Ongoing training is provided throughout this program, making it an ideal way to begin your career – by always learning, growing and achieving.

Opportunities

As an Audit Program Analyst you will join one of our line of business audit teams such as the Investment Bank, Asset Management, Retail, Credit Card Services, Commercial Bank or Treasury & Securities Services. Alternatively, you may join one of our corporate sector audit teams such as, Corporate Planning and Analysis; Corporate Treasury; Corporate Finance Operations; Corporate Real Estate or Central Technology.

Upon completing our intensive program, you will have the skills and experience needed to open many professional doors throughout our firm. Additionally, if you would like to obtain your CPA, initial placement within Audit provides licensure-qualifying experience.

Qualifications

Results-oriented candidates, able to clearly articulate complex ideas will be considered. Other requirements include:

• BS/BA degree preferably in Finance, Accounting and/or MIS/CIS (all business majors, however, are welcome to apply)
• GPA of 3.2+
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to quickly assess problems and identify effective solutions
• Team-spirited attitude
• Keen attention to detail
