Treasury & Securities Services (TSS) is one of six core lines of business within JPMorgan Chase. TSS is a global leader providing wholesale transaction, a technology-driven, financial product business generating more than $6 billion in annual revenue.
In fact, our numbers are so impressive that if we were a stand-alone corporation, we’d exceed many of the Fortune 500 companies in terms of revenue, asset size, complexity, and number of employees.
The TSS business consists of 24,000 employees in two business units, Treasury Services, one of the largest cash management providers in the world and Worldwide Securities Services, one of the largest global custodians.
Training
The program starts with an orientation session with your summer program colleagues. The orientation is an opportunity to network with your peers while learning about our business, strategy, and culture and build key skills. Through training and on-the-job experience you will develop a deeper understanding of our businesses, products, and cutting edge technology. During the summer, subject matter experts will provide additional insight on how key businesses and functions interface with each other and our clients.
Assignments
During the summer, you will contribute to an aspect of the business (e.g. product management, finance, risk, sales) through challenging work assignments. While in your assignment, you will be called upon to work effectively as a team member in helping to strategically assess situations and develop creative and workable solutions.
Your Career
You will have an internship performance evaluation giving you clear objective feedback to enable you to continue to grow your experiences. After completing your internship you could be invited to join the two year TSS Analyst Program on a full time basis. This will be subject to performance.
The TSS Analyst Program consists of four 6 month rotations within key TSS lines of business further developing your knowledge and skills.
Treasury & Securities Services Analysts add value to our organization by making it possible for our business line to serve our client's financial processing and transaction needs. They are well respected, gain immediate exposure to senior management and quickly develop a firm-wide perspective of our lines of business.
Opportunities
As your career within TSS progresses, you’ll find ongoing encouragement and support, and opportunities for continuing education and advanced training programs. Our goal is to develop future leaders in TSS.
