Finance

Structurally, it encompasses Corporate Financial Management, Finance Technology & Operations, and the CFO and Controller teams within the lines of business, regions and staff functions.

They provide client-driven perspectives on performance, strategy, control issues and operating models. JPMorgan Chase has consolidated its Central Technology under the leadership of Chief Administrative Officer, Frank Bisignano and firmwide CIO, Guy Chiarello.  The Central Technology organizations work in partnership with the line of business technology groups to ensure integrated technology solutions across the firm.

Comprised of over 10,000 professionals working worldwide, the Central Technology functions develop and support corporate systems used by firmwide employees, including the corporate intranet, set firm-wide standards for infrastructure technology products and processes, manage computer hardware and software to support the entire firm’s internal and external data and customer account information, and provide leadership and governance for managing IT Risk for the entire firm.
