CARD SERVICES

With 150 million cards in circulation and 140 billion in outstanding loans, Chase Card Services is one of the nation’s largest credit card issuers. We help to bring the Chase brand to a broad range of customers nationwide and in Canada. In this highly competitive industry, innovation is a critical part of our business strategy and we take a multi-faceted approach: our vision includes not only developing new products and services, and improving our current offerings, but also looking differently at the overall ways we do business with our customers.

COMMERCIAL BANKING

Commercial Banking provides the full range of JPMorgan Chase commercial and investment banking services to entities with annual sales of $10 million to $2 billion. Chase Commercial Banking includes seven businesses: Middle Market Banking, Mid-Corporate Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Business Credit, Equipment Leasing, Chase Capital Corporation, and Capital Placement Group. Our client base extends across the U.S. and includes over 30,000 relationships with companies, not-for-profit organizations and government agencies. Treasury & Securities Services generates approximately six billion dollars in revenue annually by providing wholesale transaction, investment and information services to businesses around the globe. Our clients include CFOs, treasurers, financial institutions, issuers and institutional investors. The business consists of 24,000 employees in two business units: Treasury Services, one of the largest cash management providers in the world and Worldwide Securities Services, one of the largest global custodians. The business is technology-driven and focuses on innovation and execution.
