The Summer Associate program focuses on giving talented, high-energy students in-depth exposure to a financial services company and its functions. The program is a 10-week experience promoting high visibility, significant levels of responsibility, and phenomenal opportunities for immediate impact within one of our specialized fields:

Analytical Associate
Analysts can work in in a variety of strategic areas. Responsibilities may include:

Gain exposure to the Business Planning, Investment Decisioning, and Reporting & Analysis. Responsibilities may include:

Analytics Associate
Sophomore or junior undergraduates or Masters students with an emphasis in engineering, statistical or quantitative analysis. Knowledge of statistical software or programming languages is a plus. Strong analytical, technical and statistical skills with proven ability to process vast amounts of data into meaningful information. Strong communication, project management skills and the ability to work independently.
Financial Associate
Juniors or sophomores pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or any specialized curriculum that is financially based. Strong project management skills. Good communication and multi-tasking skills essential. Ability to think critically and analytically to solve complex issues a plus. Experience with database and worksheet-modeling tools (Excel, Access) preferred.
Marketing Associate
Juniors or sophomores pursuing a bachelor’s degree focusing on business, management, marketing, public relations, design, communications, or economics. Strong project management skills and a passion for consumer marketing.
